Depends. On the one hand, you have two pregnant women at the same time, and (depending on how they are as individuals) they might be okay with it. But then after they both give birth, you're back down to zero again.
You could try to space it out so one gets pregnant, gets a bit large, and then the next gets pregnant and you can have a few fun months of size comparison and so on, but then you miss out on two large pregnant women at the same time. Though if you want more than two children, you could try to time it out to repeat the process and always have 1-2 pregnant women in your company for however long/however many children.
