Statistically speaking, you don't.
Every single woman I've ever spoken about the topic with (I work at Hustler's so there's quite a few; when they ask for help one needs to determine whether they're shopping for a strapon to be used on a man or for a woman, since there's big differences unless the man is experienced in receiving anal) have been adamant that they wouldn't want to be in a relationship with a man who enjoys pegging, and that being penetrated make the man qualititively inferior in their eyes.
If you want to get pegged, the best way is to pay for it. Most, but not all, hookers are down for that if they're getting paid. The next best way is to be single and post on FetLife (or a similar community) hoping to start a relationship where this is a possibility, but be aware that for every 1 woman into pegging there's probably 20-30 men wanting to get pegged. So your odds are low. The WORST way is to already be in a relationship and want to explore male anal play; again, that shit kills relationships with a quickness. There's some cases where the woman has fantasized about the power transferral, but those are the exception to the common response of, "he's just not really a real man anymore."
Generally speaking, assuming you're in the US, if you're a submissive male, you're wrong and bad. It's completely sick, but that's our culture right now. This is one of those things where it's OK for us to try anything we want, but if a man isn't dominant in bed, then there's something wrong with them.
Sorry for not having a kinder answer for you, anon. I'd be down to peg you but, well, am in an exclusive relationship right now.
