Thats where you are wrong. Coding is probably easiest to learn alone from home, you have internet, endless source of information, tutorials and free/cheap online courses.
Actually programming at school is awful, its great for beginning but it will not teach you enough, Ive learned only basics of basics at school, most of it I learned myself using google and online courses/tutorials/forums. Its how 99% of programmers fix their daily problems at job, google. Learning to code on the internet and in your free time will eventually be more helpful than any school. I know that first hand and so is the case with my friend I mentioned before who dropped out after 2 years and codes better than me because he actually cared and was genuinely interested in learning it himself.https://www.codecademy.com/https://www.codeschool.com/https://studio.code.org/courses
These 3 sites give you enough and more than any college/uni will. When you get the basics you will know how to develop further by yourself.
Stop talking shit like "MUH THROW MONEY AT IT" because that is absolutely wrong especially in this field, it might be true in others but not in this one. I know that because I ACTUALLY studied it and work in it right now. Now stop being retarded, you can at least trust me about this field.
