sure dude! the first thing i would say is, dont be afraid to draw from reference or from life, as this will help you get an eye for the way the body actually moves! when doing this, i was taught that you should look at the model or ref. image 75% of the time, and look at your drawing 25% of the time (at least when doing the basic sketch) as this helps you draw what you see rather than what you think you see.

i also like to draw the spine line first and build the body around that! reducing a pose to something as basic as a single line of movement really helps you build something that looks more fluid and organic.
